I SHIP WORLDWIDE!

All my UK prints are printed here in the UK.
All my USA prints are printed by my trusted printing company within the USA.
All my European and Canadian prints are printed and shipped from the Netherlands.
Australian / NZ prints are printed and shipped from Australia.
For the rest of the world they're usually printed and shipped from the Netherlands.

This all helps keep my carbon footprint as low as possible as well as making sure delivery is nice and quick.

(Please note cards are only printed in the UK and EU so they may take longer to arrive if you're outwith these areas)

UNFRAMED PRINTS & CARDS

Shipping my prints & cards within the UK is £4.50 per order (Royal Mail)
For most international orders it’s £5.95
All my medium and large prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes and my A4 prints, cards & postcards come in hardy cardboard envelopes.

 

FRAMED PRINTS

Shipping framed prints within the UK is £11.95 per order and EU is £12.95.
For most other international orders it’s £16.95. Canada (unfortunately) is a bit more due to extremely high costs just now : (

Frames are carefully packaged up in a double-walled cardboard box ensuring maximum protection.

 

PAINTINGS

Shipping my paintings within the UK is at a flat rate of £95 as I use a professional art courier. For overseas shipping please do get in touch and I'd be happy to give you a quote but generally it seems to be between £250 and £600 depending on your location.

 

BOOKS

Shipping my books within the UK is at a flat rate of £4.50 (Royal Mail 1st class). They are shipped in a sturdy cardboard bookwrap (or box if you’ve ordered more than 4).

For overseas orders it’s currently too expensive to ship my books but i am on the lookout for cheaper options. 

How long will it take to get my order?

To help with my carbon footprint my prints get printed and dispatched by my trusty printing company in your chosen (or nearest) delivery country (cards are still currently printed and shipped from the UK and all my books get sent direct from my little studio here in Scotland).

Customers in the UK, USA, Australia, Europe…
Normally, you should receive your unframed print within 5-7 days. Framed prints take a few days more.

Other international customers
You might have to wait a little longer, usually within 7 -14 days.

I always try my very best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. The shipping time depends on a number of things, some of which are out of my control (like a pandemic or postal strikes), or your country's postal system, busy times such as Christmas or the weather. It’s always best to order early just to be sure!

 

Where’s my order?

Postal systems can be a bit unpredictable. But if it’s been over 10 working days (UK) since you ordered or 21 days elsewhere in the world, drop me a line at hello@lornafreytag.co.uk (or @lornafreytag on instagram) and i’ll check it out for you. Thanks for your patience.
