Can I change / cancel my order?
I print on demand so please ensure your order is correct when purchasing. If it hasn’t already gone into the print queue (usually within 1 hour of ordering) you may be able to cancel/change. There’s something wrong with my order!
Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that! I want you to be 100% happy with your print / card / book. If you're not happy with the print quality or if it was damaged in the post just drop me a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell me what’s wrong. If it’s been printed incorrectly, i’ll send you a free replacement. If it’s been damaged in the post please take a snapshot of the damaged packaging and drop me a message and again i’ll get a replacement organised ASAP.
Can I return my print / card / book for a refund?
I really hope that you’re happy with your items.
Because I print on demand I unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges if you’ve ordered the wrong size or have changed your mind. So please choose carefully. : )
