SIZING FAQs

What size are your unframed prints?
Most of my prints come in 5 sizes:
Here they are in order of size:

A4/Small size is 21x29.7cm, or 8.3x11.7 inches

Medium is 30x40cm (for customers in UK and EU), or 12x16 inches (for customers in USA and AUS)

A3 size is 29.7x42cm, or 11.7x16.5 inches

A2 is 42x59.4cm, or 16.5x23.4 inches

Large is 50x70cm (or customers in UK and EU), or 20x28 inches (for customers in USA and AUS) 

What size are your framed prints?
My frames are 2cm thick so to calculate the framed size for all prints just add 4cm (1.57inches) to the dimensions above.

 

PORTRAIT FAQs

Can i request an olive skin tone or add glasses to my portrait?
Yes i'll happily do this for you free of charge. Just drop me an email to let me know: hello@lornafreytag.co.uk

Can i request a different colour for the hair, clothing or background?
Yes you can. Please use any of the custom options in the portrait sections and let me know the details or click here.

Where’s my order?
Postal systems can be a bit unpredictable. But if it’s been over 10 working days (UK) since you ordered or 21 days elsewhere in the world, drop me a line at hello@lornafreytag.co.uk (or @lornafreytag on instagram) and i’ll check it out for you. Thanks for your patience.

Because I print on demand I unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges if you’ve ordered the wrong size or have changed your mind. So please choose carefully : )
